Shipping

• Most orders ship the same day if received by 2:00 PM PST.
• Free shipping on all ONLINE orders, except Alkaline and Sealed Lead Acid batteries.  This includes ALL UPS batteries and chargers.
• Free shipping on purchase orders over $500.00, except Alkaline and Sealed Lead Acid batteries and chargers.
• Free shipping only applied to shipments within all 50 States.
• All "Free Shipping" orders will ship US Mail or UPS unless otherwise specified.

Warranties

Rechargeable Nickel Cadmium batteries shall maintain a minimum of 80% rated capacity for 18 months from the date of shipment. 

Rechargeable Nickel Cadmium Intrinsically Safe batteries shall maintain a minimum of 80% rated capacity for 24 months from the date of shipment. 

Rechargeable Nickel Metal Hydride batteries shall maintain a minimum of 80% rated capacity for 12 months from the date of shipment. 

Non-rechargeable batteries are guaranteed to perform at 100% rated capacity upon delivery.

Battery Chargers and Conditioners and ALL accessories have a 12 month warranty.

Warranty Returns:  Please contact us for Return Authorization prior to shipping any returns.

Returns & Exchanges

• If the product is defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt for return instructions and/or exchange.
• Keep all shipping materials if product is received damaged or refuse shipment from carrier and notify us immediately.
• If for any reason you wish to return your unused purchase, you must contact us within 10 days to request a return for refund.
• Shipping charges are non refundable.  On orders where free shipping was applied, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from any credit/refund requests unless product was received damaged.
• No refunds will be issued for requests past 10 days after receipt of order.
• Refunds will be made by the same method of payment at the time of order.
• All returns/exchanges must be unused and in its original packaging.  Refund/Credit will be issued only after inspection.
• Credit may be issued after 10 days and valid for one year from the original date of purchase.   Restocking fees may apply.
• All returned items must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Any product received without an RMA may be refused.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• computer software
• computer parts other than batteries or power supplies.
• computer cables
• labels, ribbons, print heads, and all other consumables.
• special orders unless for warranty purposes.

Restocking Fee's

• No charge on defective returns or exchanges.
• A 15% or greater restocking fee may be applied on all returned products. (Varies according to manufacturer - please inquire.)
